Training begins on the first day you start work at Rewardsco. Depending on your assigned campaign and your current experience and skills, the training period may range from 14 to 17 days. You’ll receive customised product, systems, sales and practical on-the-job training to help you maximise your success. Rewardsco will pay you for sales made from Day 1 during the training cycle if you meet the overall training and sales targets. We also offer great opportunities for personal and career growth through customised talent development programmes, performance-based incentives and certificates.
