Rewardsco is an industry-leading South African sales and distribution centre for clients such as Telkom, MTN and Vodacom.


The Application Process

If your application meets the minimum requirements, a Recruitment Officer will call you for a brief telephonic assessment and then schedule a formal interview. Alternatively you may come through for our Open Days, held daily from 9 am – 12.


Your Interview

Please remember to carry an updated copy of your CV, original ID, last payslip and any certificates you may have earned for outstanding performance as a Telesales Agent at other companies.

  • On the day of your interview, proceed to the Information Desk on the Ground Floor of the Rewardsco building and inform them that you are here for an interview. They will direct you to the Recruitment department. If you are attending an Open Day, they will screen your application and send you to a Recruitment Administrator if you meet the minimum requirements for the role.

  • A Recruitment Administrator will review your work experience.

  • The Recruitment Administrator will provide you with an Application and Indemnity Form to complete and make copies of your ID and other documents for our records.

  • You will undergo pre-screening assessments to test your grammar, reading and writing skills. If successful, a competency-based interview will be conducted.


Successful Applicants

Shortlisted applicants will be subject to criminal background checks, as well as matric and credit checks, depending on the assigned campaign and job requirements. If all checks are clear, a Recruitment Administrator will call to let you know you’ve been successful and advise when you’ll be starting your new journey with us at Rewardsco.

On your first day, please bring along your original ID, banking details, bank statement and income tax number, which are required by our Human Resources department.

All new agents undergo training, which ranges from 14 to 17 days, depending on your current skillset and your assigned sales campaign.
